A "bonus" means funds credited to your account as part of a promotion, not cash; they are subject to wagering, deduction rules and potential withdrawal limits described herein.
Bonuses are available to eligible real‑money players who meet the conditions published with the offer. To receive a bonus, you must have an active account and, unless otherwise stated, make at least one qualifying deposit. You may opt out or request to cancel a bonus at any time by contacting customer support. If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus may be forfeited in whole or in part in accordance with these rules.
Bonuses must be redeemed before you start wagering with real money unless the offer specifies automatic credit. If a bonus or free spins do not appear, contact support prior to placing bets. Bonuses are non‑cashable; they contribute to wagering requirements but are not withdrawable on their own. If a bonus is consumed or canceled, any remaining bonus balance is removed.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, described as the amount you must bet to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements may be displayed as Points to Redeem in your Personal Area and are calculated per currency. Wagering is applied to one bonus at a time and will typically be deducted from real funds first; only after real funds are fully wagered will wagering shift to the bonus balance.
Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Unless a game is excluded, the following applies:

As you wager, the system converts the required turnover into redeem points in your Bonus section. For each currency, the amount of wagering required is tracked in the Personal Area. bonuses not used within the applicable period may expire or be cancelled; typical expiry is 30 days from the date of issue unless an offer states otherwise. Pending bonuses may appear in a separate Pending Balance until wagering is completed.
Withdrawals related to bonus winnings are subject to the highest active bonus and any promotional caps. No‑deposit bonuses have a maximum withdrawal limit, typically capped at a fixed amount or at the greater of the cap or the promotional bonus amount, depending on the offer. Live dealer games are generally not eligible for wagering with bonus funds and may require use of real balance for play in accordance with the offer terms.
Promotional wins may be capped. If a bonus is cancelled or expires, any winnings tied to that bonus may be removed. The game on which wagering is performed does not guarantee a payout; the house retains the right to adjust or revoke bonuses and winnings in cases of irregular activity or policy violations.

Examples include hedging bets, equal bets, or shifting currencies solely to meet turnover. In cases of suspected abuse, we may revoke the bonus, void winnings and suspend or close the involved accounts. We maintain a zero tolerance stance on bonus abuse and fraud.
Only one active promotion may be used at a time unless stated otherwise. Players may not combine multiple bonuses; if promotions are combined, winnings may be removed at withdrawal. If a withdrawal is pending, additional promotions or coupons may be restricted or voided.
